Subscriptions: What is possible?

Overview

The new subscription add-on includes an overview of all subscriptions. You will be able to quickly discriminate active and inactive subscriptions; number of runs; start date, end date and previous collection date of a subscription.

Export & import subscriptions

You can export a list of subscriptions data allowing you to easily run statistics on it. It is now also possible to import subscriptions. You can use this function to migrate data from other systems, import data in bulk or update existing subscriptions (e.g. when you want to update prices).

How to add subscriptions

This can be done by:

• Go to the customer or to a mandate.
• Navigate to the subscription section.
• There is a "plus" symbol to add a plan.

Revamped subscription API

We've created a new API section especially for subscriptions.
This section will support new API functionalities: add subscriptions, delete subscriptions, etc... Even though the old API will continue to be supported, we recommend you to use the new API so you can fully enjoy the benefits of our new features.

Easily manage your plans

It is now possible to add multiple plans per customer or mandate.
For example, you can assign an annual plan and a monthly subscription. Or you can plan a discounted monthly subscription first and then start with a full subscription. This gives you all the flexibility you need to manage your plans.
