Bank Gateway

The Bank Gateway establishes a link between Twikey and your bank. Configuring the gateway initiates a validation process, ensuring a reliable connection.

Activation Process:
Upon successful configuration and validation, your bank connection is activated. You can then seamlessly use the connected bank for collections and reporting within the Twikey system.

Payment Provider Gateway

The Payment Provider Gateway simplifies the process of establishing connections with various supported providers. Upon a successful connection, if the provider supports recurring credit card payments, the gateway automatically activates this option. Additionally, if you don't have a credit card profile yet, a new one is seamlessly created, allowing you to commence recurring credit card transactions immediately.

Functionality:

The Payment Provider Gateway is versatile, supporting One-off payments, direct debit, and credit card payments. Specific functionalities are subject to activation in your provider account.

Gateway Assignment and Profile Configuration

Connecting Gateways:

Once a gateway is successfully connected, you gain the ability to assign it to your profile(s). This pivotal step ensures seamless integration with your preferred payment methods.

Profile Configuration:

On the General tab of your profile, you can fine-tune your payment preferences:

Recurring Gateway:

Utilized for Direct debit transactions or credit card payments. Perfect for ongoing, scheduled transactions.

One-off Gateway:

Tailored for one-time payments, particularly effective when customers use a direct link for swift and efficient transactions.
