How to move agreements: between customers and profiles

Agreements can be moved from one customer to another, or from one profile to another. This is useful in cases where an agreement is linked to the wrong person, or when someone else takes over document management, for example, within a business or family setting. This guide covers both individual and bulk moves.

Moving agreements to another customer

You can easily transfer agreements from one customer to another.

Steps for moving an agreement:

  1. Navigate to the customer details of the current customer.
  2. Click on the button.
  3. A pop-up appear, allowing you to search for and select another customer.
  4. Click on .
  5. The agreement is now moved to the selected customer.

Details after the move:

  • The agreement retains all the original registered details such as the (company) name, address and mandate reference.
  • The customer number, email address, and mobile number will be updated based on the new customer’s data.
  • All subscriptions and transactions linked to the agreement will also move and appear under the new customer’s overview.

Invoices:

  • Invoices tied to the moved agreement's transactions are not automatically transferred.
  • Transactions move with the agreement, but the original invoices remain under the original customer.

Moving agreements to another profile

You can also move agreements between profiles within the same customer or a different customer.

Steps for moving an agreement to another profile:

  1. Open the agreement you wish to move to go to the details page
  2. From the agreement's detail, click the three dotted menu on the top right
  3. Choose 'move to' and select the profile you wish to move the agreement to

Note: Any open transactions will still use the same profile that was set when they were first created.


Bulk Moving Agreements

You can move multiple agreements at once from the overview screen.

Steps for Bulk Moving:

  1. From the agreements overview, select the agreements you want to move by checking the boxes.
  2. Click the three-dotted menu at the top right of the screen.
  3. Choose "Move to" from the dropdown menu and select the target profile.
  4. Confirm the bulk move. All selected agreements will be transferred.

Note: Any open transactions will still use the same profile that was set when they were first created.
