When you mark agreements as signed this means you received sufficient information to ensure a mandate can be used for collection.
For B2B mandates you also have the option to send the mandate to the bank for validation or, if all the documents are completed, to mark it as signed.
The required document(s) can be uploaded by the end-customer or you can upload them yourself when marking the mandate as signed.
Contracts can also be marked as signed, the difference is that you can upload your own document when the contract is still prepared.
This way you can upload a contract agreed up on with the end-customer, or send them a specific contract to sign.
The required document(s) can be uploaded by the end-customer or you can upload them yourself before or during the marking as signed.
