Confirmation mail after signing a document

After successfully signing a document, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with the signed document attached at your registered email address.
If you don’t receive this message, please contact your supplier for further assistance.

Unknown Adobe Certificate message

When opening a signed PDF, Adobe Acrobat may display a warning such as:
The document certification is UNKNOWN. The author could not be verified.

This simply means the certificate hasn’t yet been added to your trusted list in Adobe Acrobat.
It does not affect the authenticity or legal validity of the document.

To remove this message:

  1. Download and open TwikeyAcrobat.fdf
  2. Click Trust certificate
  3. Check Use this certificate as trusted root certificate and click OK

You will no longer see this warning for future documents.
