How to add transaction(s) to agreement(s)

Transactions can be added to active agreements in several ways.

  • Recurring transactions can be set up via subscriptions,
  • While one-time transactions can be added manually, imported via different file, or created through the API.
Transactions cannot be added to inactive agreements. Agreements may be inactive if they are pending, cancelled, suspended, inactive for over 36 months, or created as inactive by profile settings. Previously transactions sent for collection already will be executed even if an agreement becomes inactive.
Transactions are automatically generated if you import invoices for customers with active agreements

Adding transaction(s) via agreement(s)

  1. Open the agreement overview
  2. Filter on Signed and set the advanced filter for 'Collectable mandate'
  3. Select one or more agreements with the select boxes
  4. Click the 'New' button in the top right corner and choose 'Transaction'
  5. A popup will open , fill in the transaction details
  • Amount : Amount you want to collect (*)
  • Communication to debtor : The message to your customer (*)
  • Required collection date : You can choose the required collection date, if left empty we will sent the transaction for collection as soon as possible
  • Your reference : Your internal reference for lookup reasons
  • Place of purchase
    (*) - Mandatory fields
  1. Confirm the action

Added transactions appear in To be sent under Current or Future, depending on the collection date.

Adding transaction(s) via customer

Transactions can also be added for a specific customer:

  1. Navigate to the customer menu
  2. Click a customer
  3. Click on the '+' sign in recent transactions
  4. A popup will open , fill in the transaction details
  • Agreement : Select the desired agreement of your customer
  • Amount : Amount you want to collect (*)
  • Communication to debtor : The message to your customer (*)
  • Required collection date : You can choose the required collection date, if left empty we will sent the transaction for collection as soon as possible
  • Your reference : Your internal reference for lookup reasons
  • Place of purchase
    (*) - Mandatory fields
  1. Confirm the action

Added transactions appear in To be sent under Current or Future, depending on the collection date.
