Each user in your Twikey account is assigned a role. Roles control which parts of the platform a user can access and what actions they can perform. Assign the right role to ensure only the right people can access sensitive data.
When your Twikey account is activated, one Administrator or Controller is created. This person can then create additional users and assign them the appropriate role.
