The users overview lets you manage all users in your Twikey account — create, edit, delete, and reset passwords. The number of users you can add depends on your subscription. See subscription details for your current subscription details.
Navigate to your users
- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Users.
What you can do from the overview
- + New — create a new user.
- Set emergency contact — set or update the emergency contact for your account.
- Edit — click a user to open their detail page and edit their information.
- Delete — click the trash icon next to a user to remove them.
- Reset password — open a user's detail page and click Reset Password to send them a password reset email.
Users with two-factor authentication enabled are indicated with a 2FA badge next to their name.
