Twikey requires an emergency contact so we can reach your company immediately in the event of an urgent issue. If no emergency contact is set, or if required information is missing, an orange banner is displayed at the top of your screen.

- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click Users.
- Click Set emergency contact.
- Select the user you want to assign as emergency contact.
- Click Submit to confirm.
Your emergency contact is marked with an asterisk in the users overview.
The emergency contact must have a mobile number. Even if a contact is already set, the orange banner remains visible until a mobile number is added to that user's profile.
