Managing your branding

Effective branding helps build trust, loyalty, and recognition among your customers.
Via the menu 'Branding', you can customize your company's logo and preferred colors for online processes and documents, such as agreements.
In a Twikey environment where multiple brandings are present, it's possible to customize the logos and layout for each branding (domain) separately.

Domain name(s)

The domain name that has been defined for your company (e.g., 'mycompany'). This is also the URL used to navigate to your published profile(s).
If you have multiple domains (brands) configured

  • You can choose which to configure by selecting them in the dropdown window.
  • The default domain (brand) can be set by configuring it via the 3-dots menu.

The company logo is used on different places.

  • It appears in email correspondence with your customers.
  • It is printed on your documents, such as agreements.
  • It is visible in online signing flows or on public pages.
  • It is shown on your unique payment page

To upload your logo:

  • Click on Company logo.
  • Select the logo and click on Open to upload it.
    Note: The company logo will also automatically be used as PDF logo.
    The size should be 180x75 and a "png" format.

If you want to use another logo for the PDF's (agreements):

  • Click on PDF logo
  • Select the logo and click on Open to upload it.
    The size should be 180x75 and a "png" format.

Company colors - CSS simple style

You can change colors by modifying the CSS style. The simple style option enables quick editing of certain elements.

If you want to customise the style of the following pages:

  • The agreement signing page
  • The invoice payment page
  • The eMachtiging signing page (only for the Netherland)

You can adapt the colors of:

  • The brand
  • The background (gradient)

You can also see the preview of the pages on the right side:

  • On the top you can select which document you want to view.
  • Clicking the preview will open the document in a new tab.

Company colors - CSS Advanced style

The advanced style option allows you to upload your specific CSS style sheet.

  • Download the current stylesheet or create a new one
  • Click on Choose a file.
  • Select the file to be uploaded. The uploaded file has to have the extension .css.
