Accounts identified as fraudulent are displayed in this section. You can search for specific IBAN numbers to quickly assess potential risks.

This functionality requires the Fraud Module.
To enable it, please contact our support for further assistance.

Blacklist overview

The blacklist links each fraudulent IBAN to the agreements associated with it, helping you manage and monitor suspicious activity efficiently.

In this section, you can:

  • View blacklisted IBANs: Quickly identify accounts flagged as fraudulent.
  • Associated agreements: Click on a blacklisted IBAN to see all agreements linked to it.
This allows you to assess the impact and take appropriate action.
  • Cancel blacklisted IBANs: You can remove an IBAN from the blacklist if needed.
Removing an IBAN from the blacklist will reactivate all corresponding mandates associated with that IBAN. Ensure that the IBAN is verified before reactivation to prevent potential risk.

  3. Automate alerts: If available, set up notifications for new blacklisted accounts to act quickly on potential fraud.
  4. Integrate with risk management: Use the blacklist data to feed into broader fraud detection or credit-risk systems for smarter decision-making.
