How can Twikey help to get your invoices paid ?

Twikey offers the possibily to invite your customers by mail, SMS or postal letter to pay their invoice through your own branded payment page. The payment page contains multiple payment options in function of your needs.

  • Automatic - Payment by Direct Debit - Merchant chooses collection date
  • Pay right now - Payment by one time payment link
  • Scheduled - Payment by Direct Debit - Debtor chooses collection date
  • Manually - Payment by wiring

What do I need to be able to manage invoices with Twikey?

We need the invoice data in our system. This can be done in several ways.

  • Import by file (CSV with or without PDF/UBL)
  • Import by integration (invoice software)
  • Import by API

Depending on the chosen payment options of your payment page, the corresponding payment methods should be activated.
