Depending on your needs, some integrations need to be activated.
Important! The mail integration is strongly recommended when sending mail via Twikey.

For all countries: Activate the mail integration

The mail integration needs to be activated when you decide to send emails to your clients via Twikey.
It prevents mail ending up in spam folder and maximizes the conversion by sending from your own domain name.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Email to verify if your integration is (already) activated.
Read here to learn how to activate the mail integration.

After configuring your mail integration, perform a test send to verify deliverability. For Twikey SMTP, confirm that your SPF and DKIM records are correctly set up before saving.

For the Netherlands: Activate Digitaal Incassomachtigen

To be able to conclude B2B mandates you need a contract on top of your creditor contract with your bank.
Go to Settings > Integrations > Digitaal Incassomachtigen to initiate the process.

Other integrations

  • Bank - Choose a bank to manage Direct Debits
  • Payment solutions - Choose a Payment Service Provider to manage one-time payments and/or Recurring credit card transactions
  • Dutch integrations - For the Netherlands only, activate Digitaal Incassomachtigen or iDEAL | Wero by your own bank
  • CRM/Accounting packages - Activate the link between Twikey and your favorite CRM/accounting software
  • Accounts receivable - Activate the link between Twikey and your favorite accounts receivable software
  • Smart add-ons - Activate the link between Twikey and your favorite smart add-on
  • Other - For Belgium only, activate the bank switching service
