How to send invitations by email (individual and bulk)

You can send invitation emails either individually or in bulk from the agreement overview.
We can also support you with full mandate conversion campaigns.

An invitation link:

  • Remains valid for 1 year if not clicked.
  • Remains valid for 6 months once clicked.

Individual invitation by email

To invite a customer for a specific agreement:

  1. Navigate to the agreement menu
  2. Select a profile
  3. Find your agreement using the filters, set the filter on "Prepared
  4. Click the agreement record(*)
  5. Select Email - the email integration needs to be active.
  6. Click Send invitation

(*)Alternative you can click the agreement to see its details and click on the invite button.

In the email tab, you can review:

  • The From email address
  • The To email address
  • A preview of the email message - the email integration needs to be active.

Bulk invitations by email

To send invitations to multiple customers:

  1. Navigate to the agreement menu
  2. Select a profile
  3. Filter on Prepared and use advanced filters if you wish
  4. Select one or more agreements with the checkboxes
  5. Click Invite
  6. Click Send when the popup appears.

The system sends the initial invitation email to all selected agreements.

Troubleshooting

The email is in English

Possible causes:

  • The language is not enabled in Settings → Profile → General.
  • The language of the agreement differs from the expected language.
    The email language is based on the agreement language, not the customer language.

The email is displayed in plain text

If no the email integration needs to be active. is active, the email is shown in plain text with a copy button.
