Here you can find a quick overview of the different invitation methods you can use for agreements.

The methods that can be used are:
Link: Copy and share the url (The link can be clicked for 1 year, after opening it will be active for 6 months.)
QR Code: The url embedded in a QR code
Email: Send the invitation via email
Reminder email: Send a reminder by choice via email
Print: Send a printed version via email or a postal letter
Sms: Send the invitation or a reminder via mobile
Invitations and reminders can both be sent from the general agreement overview where you can send them in bulk, or individually via the agreement details using the
button.
All communication, including letters, can be configured and sent in the different languages available on the profile.
You can edit all the different invitation and reminder emails and sms messages to your liking. Additionally you can select a different From email address than
your general one, this for each different profile and each language enabled on that profile.
To send postal letters you first need to contact your Business Support Agent to setup the initial configuration. Afterwards you are able to update your own letters.
The tab 'Documents' will be available on your profile where you can view, update and delete the letter(s).
