Exporting agreements allows you to work with the data outside the platform or share it with other stakeholders.

Use the (advanced) filters

You can export agreements:

  • Based on the standard filters currently applied.
  • By using additional (advanced) filters to further narrow down your results.
  • By manually selecting specific agreements.

How to export agreements

  1. Navigate to the agreements overview
  2. Set your (advanced) filters to narrow down your results.
  3. Select the agreements with the checkbox on top to select them all
  4. Click Actions in the top-right corner.
  5. Select export - you see the number of the selected total.
  6. Select your desired export format
For performance reasons, only the first 500 agreements are loaded in the overview and ready to export
Select "Include remaining items in the system" to export all agreements matching your applied filters, including those not currently displayed in the overview.

Export cancelled agreements

When you filter the overview on the Cancelled status and export to CSV, the file contains three extra columns:

  • cancellationDate - The date and time the agreement was cancelled.
  • cancellationReason - The reason given for the cancellation.
  • canceledBy - The user who cancelled the agreement.

Use this to review why and when agreements were stopped, for example to follow up on cancellations by your customers.

The extra columns are also added when you combine Cancelled with other ended statuses, such as Expired. As soon as your filter includes an active status, such as Signed or Prepared, the export uses the standard columns.
