Give your customer access to their agreement

Once an agreement is signed, you can send the customer a temporary link by email that gives them direct access to their mandate overview — without needing to log in with credentials.
The customer access link is only available for agreement types that the customer can view or manage afterwards: SEPA Core and SEPA B2B direct debit mandates, recurring credit card agreements, UK Direct Debit (Bacs) mandates and contracts. For other agreement types, such as CODA mandates, consents or identifications, the Send link to customer action is not shown.
Send the customer access link
- Navigate to Agreements in the left-hand navigation menu.
- Click the agreement to open the detail page.
- Click Actions in the top-right corner.
- Click Send link to customer.
- Send the email directly to the customer, or copy the URL to share it directly.
How the customer access link works
The link is valid until the end of the day. When the customer opens it, they can view the signed agreement details without logging in.
If the customer has not yet accepted the terms and conditions — for example, when the agreement was imported — they will first be required to log in and accept the terms and conditions before they can access the document.
Terms and conditions are automatically accepted when a customer signs via the debtor flow, as this is a mandatory step in the signing process.
