The agreement detail page gives you a complete overview of a specific agreement: its current state, linked customer data, payment history, and scheduled actions. Use this page to review agreement information, track progress, or perform actions such as editing fields, adding comments, or creating transactions.

Open the agreement detail page

  1. Navigate to Agreements in the left-hand navigation menu, or look up the agreement using the search bar.
  2. Click the agreement to open the detail page.

Agreement header

At the top of the page, you find the key identifying information for the agreement:

  • Agreement reference — The unique reference for this agreement.
  • Customer number — The number of the linked customer.
  • Contact details — Address, phone number, email, and language of the customer.
  • Linked profile — The profile this agreement belongs to.

Depending on the state of the agreement, quick action buttons are available in this section.

Agreement information

This section contains the core agreement data:

  • Mandate reference — The mandate reference as registered with the bank.
  • State — Current state of the agreement (e.g. Prepared, Signed, Cancelled, Suspended).
  • Signed — The date the agreement was signed (visible depending on the state).
  • IBAN — The bank account number linked to this agreement.
  • BIC — The bank identifier code for the linked account.
  • Creditor ID — The creditor identifier used for this agreement.
  • Contract reference — Reference to the associated contract template.
  • Description — A description of the agreement.
  • Language — The language of the agreement.
  • Campaign — The campaign linked to this agreement, if applicable.
  • Extra attributes — Any additional custom attributes configured on the profile.

Click the Edit button to modify the fields that are allowed to be changed.

Customer information and progress

On the right-hand side of the page, you find the linked customer information:

  • Customer name — Full name of the customer.
  • Customer number — The customer's unique number.
  • Address — The customer's address details.
  • Email address — The customer's email.
  • Company information — Company name and registration details, if applicable.
  • Progress timeline — A visual timeline showing the most recent action on the agreement.

Upcoming events

The Upcoming events section displays all scheduled actions for this agreement in chronological order. Each entry shows the planned execution date and time. This section is only visible when there are scheduled actions pending.

For each upcoming event, you can choose one of the following actions:

  • Run — Execute the scheduled action immediately without removing it from the schedule.
  • Run and remove — Execute the action and remove it from the schedule.
  • Remove — Delete the scheduled action without executing it.

Events

The Events section provides a chronological log of all actions performed on the agreement. Each entry includes the date, time, and the user who performed the action. Use this section to trace what happened and when.

Click Comment to add a comment to the agreement. Three comment types are available:

  • Internal — Visible only to your organisation's users.
  • Public — Visible to your organisation's users and to the end-customer in their agreement overview within Twikey.
  • Bank — Visible to your organisation's users and to the connected bank, if applicable.

Subscriptions

The Subscriptions section lists all recurring payment instructions linked to this agreement. Each row shows the following details:

  • # — Internal subscription reference.
  • Customer — The linked customer.
  • Agreement — The agreement used for the recurring payments.
  • Amount — The recurring payment amount.
  • State — Current status of the subscription (e.g. Active, Paused, Stopped).
  • Description — Description of the subscription.
  • Runs — Number of completed runs.
  • Start — Start date of the subscription.
  • Last — Date of the most recent run.
  • Next — Planned date of the next run.

Click New to create a new subscription linked to this agreement.

Recent transactions

The Recent transactions section shows the latest transactions linked to this agreement. At the top, a summary groups transactions by status:

  • Open — Transactions that have been created but not yet processed.
  • Offered — Transactions that have been submitted to the bank for processing.
  • Paid — Transactions that were collected.
  • Failed — Transactions that were rejected or unsuccessful.

Each transaction row includes:

  • # — Internal transaction reference.
  • Amount — The transaction amount.
  • Created — Creation date of the transaction.
  • Requested collection — The planned collection date.
  • Booked — The booking date, once processed.
  • State — Current transaction status.
  • Stage — Linked subscription or stage reference, if applicable.
  • Communication — The communication reference sent with the transaction.
  • Your reference — Your custom reference, if provided.

Click Show all to view the full transaction history.

Click New to create a new transaction linked to this agreement.
