The agreements overview gives you a central view of all your agreements across all types (Direct Debit, Contract, etc.). You can filter, search, and act on one or more agreements directly from this page.
Navigate to your agreements
Navigate to Agreements in the left-hand navigation menu.
Click Overview.
Filter your agreements
There are three ways to filter agreements, which can be combined:
Preset filter — a dropdown at the top left to quickly switch between common views. Click it to select one of the available presets.
Attribute filters — click Add filter to add one or more filter conditions. Each condition appears as a chip in the filter bar. You can search through available attributes using the search box in the dropdown.
Search bar — use Search in results... to search by mandate name or reference within the current filtered results.
Save your filter combination
Saved filters are particularly useful when you regularly monitor specific groups of agreements, such as recently created agreements, unsigned mandates, or agreements from a specific payment method.
Once you have configured a useful combination of filters, click Save to store it for future use. Click Revert changes to undo unsaved filter edits. When you modify an existing saved filter, the Save button allows you to update the configuration. If you want to discard your changes and return to the previously saved version, click Revert changes.
Example: To find all unsigned Direct Debit agreements from the past 7 days, set the preset to Prepared, add a Date filter for the past 7 days, and add a Type filter set to Direct Debit.
