General information

Unless you defined a Campaign, you don't always know what happens with your pending invitations. There are a couple of ways in which you can see how far your customer got in the signing flow.

• In the overview of your pending documents, you can see the progress for all of your pending clients:
  
• When you click on a certain mandate, you can see a more detailed view of the progress for this invitation under Last Action:
  

We call this the progress toolbar. The possible states in this toolbar will be explained below step by step.
