Details of agreements

The agreement detail page provides a complete overview of all data related to the specific agreement.
Here you can consult the agreement status, review activity, and perform actions when needed.
Mandate top section
At the top of the page, you will find the information to the agreement.
You'll find information like the
- Agreement reference
- Customer Number
- Agreement details like address, phone, email, language
- Linked profile
You can also perform quick actions depending on the state of the agreement.
This section contains the agreement data:
- Mandate reference
- State (e.g. Prepared, Signed, Cancelled, Suspended)
- Signed (depending on the state)
- IBAN
- BIC
- Creditor-ID
- Contract reference
- Description
- Language
- Campaign (if applicable)
- Extra attributes
Use the Edit button to modify allowed fields when necessary.
On the right-hand side, you can see all customer related information:
- Customer name
- Customer number
- Address information
- Email address
- Company information
- A visual timeline of the last action
Upcoming events (when applicable)
The Upcoming events section displays a chronological overview of all scheduled actions related to the agreement.
Each entry shows the planned execution date and time.
Available actions
For each upcoming event, you can choose:
- Run – Execute the scheduled action immediately.
- Run and remove – Execute the action and remove it from the schedule.
- Remove – Delete the scheduled action without executing it.
Events
The Events section provides a chronological overview of all actions performed on the agreement.
Each entry includes the date and time, as well as the user who performed the action.
You can also add comments via the Comment button.
- Internal – Visible only to the merchant’s users.
- Public – Visible to the merchant’s users and to the end-customer in their agreement overview within Twikey.
- Bank – Visible to the merchant’s users and to the connected bank (if applicable).
Subscriptions
The Subscriptions section shows all recurring payment instructions linked to the agreement.
Each row provides an overview of the subscription details:
- # – Internal subscription reference.
- Customer – The linked customer.
- Agreement – The agreement used for the recurring payments.
- Amount – The recurring amount.
- State – Current status of the subscription (e.g. Active, Paused, Stopped).
- Description – Description of the subscription.
- Runs – Number of successfully executed runs.
- Start – Start date of the subscription.
- Last – Date of the most recent run.
- Next – Planned date of the next run.
Use the New button to create a new subscription linked to this agreement.
Recent transactions
The Recent transactions section provides an overview of the latest transactions linked to the agreement.
At the top, you will find a summary per status:
- Open – Transactions that are created but not yet processed.
- Offered – Transactions that have been submitted to the bank.
- Paid – Successfully executed transactions.
- Failed – Transactions that were rejected or unsuccessful.
Each transaction row includes:
- # – Internal transaction reference.
- Amount – Transaction amount.
- Created – Creation date of the transaction.
- Requested collection – Planned collection date.
- Booked – Booking date (if processed).
- State – Current transaction status.
- Stage – Linked subscription or stage reference (if applicable).
- Communication – Communication reference.
- Your reference – Custom reference (if provided).
Click Show all to access the full transaction history.
Use the New button to manually create a new transaction linked to this agreement.
