If you suspect an agreement was signed fraudulently, you can blacklist it by banning the corresponding signature and/or bank account from any further use on your account. Twikey will also let you find and act on other agreements that share the same signature or account.
Mark an agreement as fraud
- Navigate to Agreements in the left-hand navigation menu or lookup the agreement with the search bar
- Click your agreement to open the detail page
- Click Actions in the top-right corner.
- Select Mark as fraud.
- Check the option to ban the signature and/or account linked to the agreement.
- Optionally, enable Find other agreements using the same signature or account, and select the action to apply to all matches.
- Click Preview to review which agreements will be blacklisted before confirming.

- Click Submit to blacklist the agreements and execute any selected actions.

What happens when an agreement is marked as fraud
When an agreement is marked as fraud, Twikey blocks the elements that were used during the signing process. This prevents them from being reused for new agreements.
Depending on the options you selected, the following items can be blocked:
- Signature – the signature used during signing cannot be reused to sign new agreements.
- Bank account (IBAN) – the account used for signing cannot be used again for future agreements.
- Agreement – the agreement itself is flagged as fraudulent.
On the agreement detail page, these restrictions are visible in the warning panel.
Each blocked element is clearly indicated and can be reversed if needed by clicking Undo.
This allows you to quickly correct a fraud flag if it was applied by mistake.
Viewing and managing blacklisted accounts
You can view and manage all blocked bank accounts in your account settings.
- Navigate to Settings in the left menu.
- Click Account.
- Open the Blacklisted accounts tab.
- Click an account to see all agreements that used that IBAN.
This overview helps you understand which agreements are linked to a blocked account and take further action if necessary.
