Once signed, B2B mandates cannot be modified. These agreements require bank validation and must meet stricter compliance standards, which means financial and reference data are permanently locked after signing.
How to edit an agreement
Navigate to the agreement menu
Select a profile
Select an agreement
Click the Edit button
Prepared B2B mandates
If the B2B agreement is still in Prepared status all fields can be edited.
Signed B2B mandates
After a B2B mandate is signed, you can only update the:
Language
Agent
since this has no other impact on the B2B mandate itself.
