A subscription is an agreement where a customer pays a recurring fee at fixed intervals (for example monthly or yearly) in exchange for a product, service, or access to content.
Subscriptions enable businesses to automate recurring payments, removing the need for manual invoicing or follow-up. Whether you charge monthly membership fees, periodic service costs, or usage-based amounts, Twikey ensures payments are processed consistently and efficiently.
You can create subscriptions via the interface, import them using a CSV file, or generate them through the API.
Based on the defined subscription settings, Twikey automatically generates the related transactions at the correct moments. This eliminates the need to manually create or import recurring transactions.
To use subscriptions, you must have at least one active payment method configured, such as Direct Debit or Recurring Credit Card.
