You can send a payment link invitation to one or more customers at once. Use the filters to target only the links that have not yet been sent, or that were sent via a specific channel.
Send a single invitation
Navigate to Payment links in the left-hand navigation menu.
Set your filters, make sure to not select paid payment links
Click the payment link to open the details of the payment link.
Choose a sharing method:
QR — Generates a QR code that links directly to the payment page. Useful for printed materials or in-person interactions.
Email — Sends the invitation by email. A preview of the message is displayed, including the sender and recipient.* Reminder — Sends a reminder email. Up to four different reminder emails can be configured.
SMS — Sends the invitation or a reminder via SMS.
WhatsApp — Sends the invitation or a reminder via WhatsApp.
Send multiple invitations
Navigate to Payment links in the left-hand navigation menu.
Use the filters to display the relevant payment links — for example, links for which no invitation has been sent yet, or links sent via a specific channel.
Select the payment links using the checkboxes, or use the top checkbox to select all.
Click Send.
Select an option from the dropdown:
Email — Sends an email invitation to each selected customer.
SMS — Sends a text message invitation to each selected customer.
Reminders > Reminder 1, 2, 3, or 4 — Sends the corresponding reminder email.
Reminders > SMS — Sends the reminder SMS.
Certified mail — Sends the invitation as a registered postal letter. This option is only available when a certified mail integration is active on your account.
When one or more selected payment links have no valid mobile number registered for the customer, none of the SMS invitations are sent out. You will receive a status email with details.
