Advanced filters allow you to narrow down records and work only with the data you need.
They can be combined with preset filters available on each page.

Examples:

  • B2B customers with a signed agreement
  • Open invoices with reminders sent
  • Records within a specific date range

Filtered results can be exported afterwards.

How filtering works

Each page contains:

  1. A preset filter
  2. An advanced filter
  3. A search field

Start with a preset filter (e.g. Open invoices), then add one or more advanced criteria and click Apply.

When active:

  • The advanced filter icon is highlighted
  • Active filters are shown below the filter bar

You can also use advanced filtering while the preset filter is set to Everything.
To remove a filter, hover over it and delete it by clicking on the 'x' icon.

Saving filter presets

You can save any combination of advanced filters as a named preset so you can reapply it instantly the next time — without having to rebuild it from scratch.

How to save a preset

  1. Build your filter combination using the advanced filter panel.
  2. Click Save next to the filter bar.
  3. Enter a name for your preset.
  4. Optionally, check Set as default to automatically apply this preset whenever you open the page.
  5. Confirm to save.

The preset is now available in the preset filter dropdown at the top left of the page. Saved presets are stored per page — a preset saved on the invoice overview is only available there, not on other pages.

How to apply a saved preset

Click the preset filter dropdown and select your saved preset. The advanced filters are applied immediately. If a preset was marked as default, it is applied automatically when you open the page.

How to update a preset

Once a preset is applied and you modify the filters, the Save button appears again with two options:

  • Save — Overwrites the currently applied preset with the updated filter combination, keeping the same name.
  • Save as new filter — Saves the updated filters as a separate new preset with a different name.

How to delete a preset

To delete an existing preset, open the preset dropdown and use the delete option next to the preset name.

Saved presets are stored per browser session per company. If you switch to another company account, your presets from the previous company are not available. Switching back will restore them.

Exporting results

Preset filter only

  • All matching records are exported
  • No limit applies

Advanced filter active

  • Only the displayed records are exported
  • Maximum of 500 records

To export specific records:

  1. Apply filters
  2. Select the desired records
  3. Click Export (top right)

Too many results

Each screen displays a maximum of 500 records.
If more results exist, you will see a notification : " Too many results, please use the filter to reduce the number of results"
Refine your filters to narrow down the list and display the desired records.
