How to delete a customer

  1. Navigate to the customer details interface of the customer that you wish to delete.
  2. Click on Delete.

  1. Click on Yes.

Unable to delete a customer

A customer can't be deleted in case the customer has:

  • Agreements. Exception: Only prepared agreement(s), you can first delete these then delete the customer.
  • Invoices
  • Payment links
  • Refunds

The delete button is not displayed in these cases.
