Exporting agreements allows you to work with the data outside the platform or share it with other stakeholders.
Use the (advanced) filters
You can export agreements:
Based on the standard filters currently applied.
By using additional (advanced) filters to further narrow down your results.
By manually selecting specific agreements.
How to export agreements
Navigate to the agreements overview
Set your (advanced) filters to narrow down your results.
Select the agreements with the checkbox on top to select them all
Click Actions in the top-right corner.
Select export - you see the number of the selected total.
Select your desired export format
For performance reasons, only the first 500 agreements are loaded in the overview and ready to export
Select "Include remaining items in the system" to export all agreements matching your applied filters, including those not currently displayed in the overview.
